This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit court of Cook county reversing an order of the Hlinois Liquor Commission, herein called the State Commission. Plaintiff, a retail liquor dealer, obtained a local liquor license and then made application and obtained a license from the State Commission, both licenses being required for the retail sale of liquor.
