CRAWFORD, Judge:
Contrary to his pleas, appellant, a member of the Third Battalion, 156th Infantry Regiment (Mecha*392nized), was convicted of conspiracy to organize a strike, “organiz[ing] and attempt[ing] to organize” a strike, and soliciting soldiers to strike in violation of Articles 81 and 184, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881 and 934, respectively. The convening authority approved the sentence of a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 1 year, total forfeitures, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
