Carol Hall’s first brief filed in this Court suggested “that the Court review the en*485tire record for the ‘clear and convincing evidence’ on which the lower court based its decision.” In turn I have asked Justice Huntley, Justice Bakes, and Justice Johnson to favor me by pointing to any evidence tending to prove a gift other than the testimony of Flora Faull, Tony Hall’s grandmother.
