EAGLES, Judge.
Defendant assigns as error the trial court’s failure to suppress his confession, denial of a speedy trial, denial of his motion to dismiss, and the State’s use of peremptory challenges to remove black jurors. After careful review of the record, we find no error.
Defendant first assigns as error the trial court’s denial of defendant’s motion to suppress his confession and the subsequent reading of the confession into evidence on the grounds that its admission violated his constitutional rights because the trial court refused to grant a voir dire hearing at the second trial.…
