The plaintiff appeals from the grant of the defendant’s motion for summary judgment.

The plaintiff, a builder of modular homes, constructed three homes in Blakely, Georgia, for sale to persons eligible for interest credit assistance. The homes were to be financed by Farmers Home Administration (FHA). The defendant, through its local agent, was to provide fire insurance policies on each of the houses.
