MEMORANDUM OPINION
ARTHUR B. FEDERMAN, Chief Judge.
In this Chapter 13 case the issues before the Court arise from a life insurance policy, purchased by debtor George Stanley Revelle (Revelle), on the life of his wife Lisa, whom someone, thereafter, murdered. Due to certain actions of Revelle, the proceeds of the life insurance policy were not paid to Revelle, the original beneficiary, but to a Conservatorship for the benefit of his children.
