STATON, Judge.

James and Darlene Brown sued Emmons in Smail Claims Court, seeking damages for Emmons' allegedly negligent appraisal of their home. The court found in favor of the Browns and entered judgment against Emmons for $2990.00 plus costs. On appeal, Emmons raises the sole issue of whether the Browns had standing to bring a negligence action.
