This was an action brought by Cincinnati Belote in the *133Circuit Court of Duval county against James S. Bell, administrator of the estate of John Mi O’Brian, for work done and material for the same furnished to the said O’Brian in his lifetime, to the amount of six hundred and six dollars. Attached to the declaration was a bill of particulars in the shape of an account against the deceased, in the following form:
