The plaintiff was the owner of certain heavy-duty machinery and equipment known as aircraft cargo *888loader systems. The defendant was and is a common carrier, engaged in interstate commerce, as a household goods mover, operating within the authority of, and the rates specified in, Tariff 78-B of the Household Goods Carriers Bureau, on file with the Interstate Commerce Commission.
