The Painters’ District Council No. 30 Health and Welfare Fund and two other multiemployer employee benefit plans (collectively “the Funds”), through their trustee Charles E. Anderson, successfully sued to collect delinquent contributions from AB Painting and Sandblasting, Inc., a Fund participant.
