INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff, American International Group, Incorporated (“AIG”), seeks a preliminary injunction against defendants, American International Airways, Incorporated (“Airways”) and Connie Kalitta Services, Incorporated (“CKS”), to prevent them from using the name “American International” in providing commercial aviation transportation services.
