On December 1, 1925, the Imperial Valley Milk Producers Association, a corporation doing business in Imperial Valley, to which we shall hereinafter refer as the “Milk Producers Association”, obtained from appellant, The Prudential Insurance Company of America, hereinafter referred to as “appellant insurer”, for the benefit of its employees, or such of them as should agree to participate therein, a policy of group insurance numbered G-1904, which was issued upon what is known as the one-year renewable term plan.
