This is an action by the plaintiff to enjoin defendant from cutting down trees on what plaintiff alleges is a part of lot 6 in the south half of the northwest quarter of section 82, township 12 north, of range 9 east of the sixth P. M., in.Cass county, Nebraska, of which plaintiff alleges he is the owner.
