BRADY, Commissioner.
Jury trial in this action for wrongful death resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff, wife of the deceased, in the amount of $10,000.00. The trial court sustained the defendant’s motion for judgment in accordance with his motion for a directed verdict and entered judgment for the defendant with an alternative order granting him a new trial should the ruling on the motion for judgment be held erroneous.
