Appellant is the owner of a tract of land situate in the 35th Ward of the City of Philadelphia, approximately 800 by 3,498 feet, and containing about fifty-six acres. The intervening appellee, The Philadelphia Electric Company (hereinafter referred to as the company), was incorporated October 27, 1902, under the Act of April 29,1874, P. L. 73, and its supplements, and more particularly under the Act of May 8, 1889, P.
