This action seeks declaratory and injunctive relief and challenges the sick leave policy of the Pennsylvania State Po*250lice under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101-12213. Plaintiffs Pennsylvania State Troopers Association and its president, Bruce A. Edwards, (collectively “PSTA”) allege that the policy violates the ADA because it requires police officers to disclose the nature of their illness when requesting sick leave.
