It is difficult to determine the exact nature and scope of this action. It was brought by I. D. Burdick and PI. W. Burdick against the Carbon-dale Investment Company, based upon the following facts : The investment company was the owner of an eighty-acre tract of land near the city of Carbondale, upon which there were discovered mineral springs.
