Sam C. Wall and his wife filed suit against T. E. Goodwin and J. W. Starr & Sons Lumber Company, a corporation, seeking to recover for the death of Gordon Wall, the son of the plaintiffs, alleging that his death was caused by the negligence of the defendants in the operation of an automobile truck.
