In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendant Net Delivery Systems, Inc., s/h/a Air Source Net Delivery Service, Inc., appeals from an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Braun, J.), dated November 19, 1998, which, upon an order of the same court dated November 10, 1997, denying its motion to set aside the jury verdict as against the weight of the evidence, adjudged it to be 25% at fault in the happening of the accident.
