Plaintiff in error has made no effort in her brief to comply with Rule 26 of this court in reference to specifications of errors and this appeal might justifiably be dismissed for that reason. Notwithstanding the additional work thus entailed the brief and ease-made have been carefully read in their entirety out of abundance of caution that nothing- favorable to plaintiff should be overlooked.
