This is a consolidated appeal involving the determination of rights of innocent third-party lenders, National Realty Finance, L.C. (“NRF”) and LaSalle National Bank (“LNB”), (collectively “Claimants”), in real estate formerly owned by Defendant, William Harris, and forfeited to Plaintiff, the United States of America.
