Plaintiffs Sandy Linzer and Denny Randell brought this action against Defendants EMI Blackwood Music, Inc., EMI Music Publishing, Screen Gems-EMI Music, Inc. (collectively “EMI”), Seasons Four Music Corp. (“Seasons Four”), Frankie Valli (‘Valli”), Robert Gaudio (“Gaudio”), and Peter Bennett (“Bennett”) (collectively “Defendants”) for various copyright, trademark, tort, and contract claims.
