Motion to open defendant’s default and to vacate the judgment entered upon a stipulation and permitting the defendant to pay the balance due pursuant to the terms of the stipulation. The action was brought to recover the sum of $2,500 for services alleged to have been rendered and was duly reached for trial on October 17, 1929.
