BLOODWORTH, Justice.
Appellant Prestwood (respondent below) has appealed from a final decree determining the disputed boundary line between his property and that of appellee Gilbreath (complainant below). After a careful review of the evidence, we affirm.
The suit was commenced by Richard Prestwood on March 15, 1962, as an action in the nature of ejectment against Truman Gilbreath. On motion of Gilbreath, the proceedings were transferred to equity and, on March 6, 1963, Gilbreath filed a bill of complaint against Prestwood to establish the true boundary line between their respective properties.…
