Larry G. Browning appeals from the trial court’s judgment in favor of Steve Palmer on Browning’s action to set aside a sheriffs sale and on Palmer’s counterclaim for ejectment. On February 2, 2005, Browning filed a complaint in the Coving-ton Circuit Court seeking to set aside the December 1, 2003, sheriffs sale of his house and approximately 12.5 acres of real property (“the property”) to Palmer.
