Plaintiffs, consisting of the City of Chicago (the “City”), the Leadership Council for Metropolitan Open Communities (the “Leadership Council”), and individual “test*1089ers,” sued Matchmaker Real Estate Sales Center, Inc. (“Matchmaker”), its sole shareholder Erwin Ernst, and its sales agents, Daniel King, Sara Munoz, Carol Scarpiniti, and Alan Walker.
