This is an appeal from a summary judgment in a wrongful-death action in which the decedent’s children asserted claims against a natural gas provider based upon negligence, negligence per se, strict liability, gross negligence, negligent misrepresentation, and intentional misrepresentation. The trial court dismissed all claims.
