DAVIS, Judge:

After a six-week trial in the Southern District of New York before Judge Frankel and a jury, appellants John M. King and A. Rowland Boucher were convicted on an indictment charging four counts: one of securities fraud (15 U.S.C. § 78j(b)) and related counts of mail fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341), wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343), and conspiracy to commit those substantive offenses (18 U.S.C. § 371). King was sentenced to concurrent terms of one year’s imprisonment on three of the counts, to be followed by three years of unsupervised probation on the mail fraud count. Boucher’s sentence…
