Shore, a general contractor, engaged in highway construction under a contract with the State Highway Department, as plaintiff, brought action in the district court against defendants alleging certain illegal practices and violation on the part of the defendants of the laws regulating and pertaining to the employment of labor and particularly charging defendants with the illegal picketing of his project.
