In this action plaintiff seeks to recover for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by her through the presence of a nail in a loaf of bread manufactured by Dugan Bros., Inc., and purchased by the plaintiff from one Hyman Dubin, a retail grocer. She has joined both defendants in this action, and proceeds upon two theories against each, one being on a breach of warranty and the other based on negligence. The action arose from the following facts and circumstances:
