On February 6, 2013, the Court held a hearing on Leslie Ludwig (the “Debtor”)’s objection to the priority status of claim number 8 held by Renee M. Miller, the Debtor’s former spouse. The Debtor asserts that Ms. Miller’s claim is not entitled to priority status because the debt stems from a property settlement agreement between the parties pursuant to their divorce in 2004.
