Ahneman, has brought this action against the defendant, Thomas G. Ahneman, making the following allegations. On or about July 5, 1995, the plaintiff and the defendant entered into a separation agreement whereby "the Defendant was required to pay the Plaintiff the sum of $2,500.00 per month in unallocated alimony and support."
