This litigation involves a further interpretation of certain provisions of the will of William Bowlin. Item Six of that will was construed in the case of Rowlin v. Vinsant, 186 Ark. 740, 55 S. W. 2d 927. Bowlin died testate in 1916. He was survived by his widow, Julia Bowlin, and five living children, vis, Noble Bowlin, Lizzie Lowery, Lillie Brownfield, Gertrude Vinsant, and John Bowlin; also, there were five grandchildren, the children of a daughter, Rebecca Clark, who predeceased her father.
