OPINION AND ORDER
MARBLEY, District Judge.
Plaintiff Michelle Ortiz brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against defendants former Governor George Voinovich, Warden Shirley Rogers, Prison Investigator Rebecca Bright, and Cottage Manager Paula Jordan. 1 This matter is before the Court on defendants’ March 2, 2001 motion for summary judgment (doc. 52). For the reasons set forth below, defendants’ motion for summary judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.
