Petitioner Dunhill Franchisees Trust (the “Franchisees”) brought this action in New York State Supreme Court, New York County, seeking to confirm an award (the “Award”) 1 rendered in its favor by an arbitrator (the “Arbitrator”) in a proceeding commenced by respondent Dunhill Staffing Systems, Inc.
