In an action pursuant to Debtor and Creditor Law article 10 to set aside as fraudulent certain conveyances of real property, the defendants appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rock-land County (Meehan, J.), entered November 19, 1984, which granted the plaintiff’s motion for reargument and, upon reargument, inter alia, granted the plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment.
