Georgiana Stafford filed with the Industrial Commission an application for adjustment of claim against ElectroMotive Division, General Motors Corporation, charging that on August 21, 1946, her husband, John E. Stafford, suffered an accidental injury arising out of and in the course of his employment, and that the injury resulted in his death on July 15, 1947. An arbitrator awarded compensation benefits, and upon review the Industrial Commission sustained the arbitrator’s award.
