Senior Citizens Nursing Home District of Ray County, Missouri, et al. (“District” or collectively “Defendants”) appeal the Circuit Court of Ray County’s entry of judgment following a jury verdict in favor of Deborah Rush, et al. (“Plaintiffs”) in the wrongful death suit against the Defendants for the death of their father, Walter Rush. The Defendants argue four points on appeal.
