On this 10th day of May, 1991, this Court considered the Order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma entered March 18, 1991, which reversed this Court’s Order of September 5, 1990, 120 B.R. 203, and remanded this matter to this Court for further proceedings consistent with the District Court’s Order.
