The plaintiff, James C. Policastro, brought the above-captioned matter, pursuant to G.L.c. 231A, seeking a declaratory judgment that the Boston Redevelopment Authority’s sale of urban renewal land to the Islamic Society of Boston violated the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and the Massachusetts Anti-Aid Amendment.
