MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
HAIGHT, Senior District Judge.
This case, in which plaintiffs, holders of bonds issued by a trust administered by defendants, allege claims under the Trust Indenture Act (“TIA”), 15 U.S.C. § 77aaa et seq., and state law, is now before this Court on remand for a new trial following the Court of Appeals’ reversal 1 of a judgment dismissing the complaint following a jury verdict in defendants’ favor on the issue of liability in a bifurcated trial. 2 The Court of Appeals held that this Court’s charge erroneously required the jury to decide a question of law arising out…
