¶1 Appellant Cindy L. Thompson appeals from a district court order denying her motion for relief from judgment under rule 60(b) of the Utah Rules of Civil Procedure. 1 The motion was filed nearly four and a half years after entry of summary judgment and four years after entry of a sanctions' order.
