Connecticut General Life Insurance Company (“Connecticut General”) has moved pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d)(2) for relief from the automatic stay with respect to certain fee and leasehold interests described collectively as the “Boston Project” which are owned by the Chapter 11 debtors.
