Appellant Carteret Savings Bank, F.A., (“Carteret”) appeals from two orders issued by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. The first order, issued on January 25, 1989, granted Carteret relief from the automatic stay imposed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362, conditioned upon the “Petitioning Creditors’ ” (appellees Nastasi-White, Inc., Circle Industries Division, Argus Construction Corporation, and U.S.A.
