This was an action to recover double indemnity under a life insurance policy.

The record discloses that Albert L. Miller, husband of Betty L.. Miller (plaintiff-appellant), died of a heart attack October 19, 1956. At the time of his death he was the holder of a life insurance policy issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America (defendant-appellee) of the face value of $5,000, with further provision for an additional $5,000 if his death resulted from accidental means as defined in the policy.
