The Fair Stores, a partnership composed of Joe Engel and George Mitnick, of Jasper, Alabama, employer, and its insurance carrier, Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, have appealed from a judgment of the Circuit *437Court of Clay County affirming an order of the Mississippi Workmen’s Compensation awarding compensation benefits to Mrs. T. A. (Martha W.) Bryant for temporary total disability resulting from an accidental injury suffered by the claimant on October 7, 1957, while engaged in the performance of her duties as an employee of the partnership.
