Appellant was convicted upon a charge of the unlawful sale of intoxicating liquor and sentenced to one year in the penitentiary. To reverse the judgment of conviction against him, he prosecutes this appeal upon the single assignment of error that the prosecuting attorney made certain prejudicial remarks in his closing argument to the jury. Appellant did not testify in his own behalf, and he offered no evidence by any other witness.
