MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CROW, Senior District Judge.
The case comes before the court on the plaintiff McShare Inc.’s (“McShares”) motion to remand. (Dk.13). The removing defendants, Donald D. Barry and Anthony S. Barry, oppose remand. (Dk.16).
NATURE OF ACTION
In November of 1996, the plaintiff filed a two-count complaint in the District Court of Saline County, Kansas, against eleven defendants. (Dk.l, Attachment).
