Two appeals are here presented, one by Mabel Bosley, by her next friend and father, and another by James T. Bosley in his own right, against the defendants, for the *431malicious prosecution of the plaintiff, Mabel Bosley. The verdicts recovered were in favor of Mabel Bosley for $200, and in favor of James T. Bosley for $60.00. The court overruled a motion for judgment non obstante veredicto and judgments were entered on the verdicts.
