Flushing Savings Bank (“Bank”) has moved this Court for an Order Disqualifying Judge. For the reasons set forth below, the Bank’s motion is denied.

On January 11, 1980, the Bank moved in the District Court for an order recusing the above captioned cases from the bankruptcy judge. The motion was based, in part, on certain ex parte communications between the Court and participants in the proceedings.
